Bellflower Historic 1920's House with Fenced Yard!

Enjoy our spacious 1920's home with comfortable amenities, modern touches (including EPB fiber), and unique decor - including 3 bedrooms (2 queen beds, 1 twin), a full kitchen, w/d, a huge deck, a big backyard, and everything else to make you feel right at home. We typically call this house home, but are leaving for a few months and offering our favorite digs for travel or vacation. Convenient to everything: less than 10 mins to downtown, shopping & restaurants. We love it - bet you will too. The space You'll feel right at home with all of the amenities available in our spacious house with all hardwood flooring, high quality mattresses and furniture, and all of the comforts from home. There are two large bedrooms with comfortable queen sized beds, and a third bedroom with an large desk for remote workers, and a comfy daybed with a plush twin-sized memory foam mattress (perfect for naps or as a 3rd bedroom). The home features a full kitchen with everything you'll need to make home-cooked meals at the house during your stay. A Keurig with pods and a Chemex-type coffee maker are also available for our fellow coffee snobs :-) The bathroom features a full bath/tub, as well as a BIG Whirlpool washer and dryer (with Laundry detergent and dryer sheets). Pets are welcome with a $50 pet fee. No pets on or under comforters. We have had to throw out a couple of pretty nice comforters because of pet hair/dander, and we will have to charge for replacement bedding if it can not be cleaned. If you can stay with your pet respectfully, we can host them. This is a very friendly street, and we love our neighbors - so please no parties, or anything that would disturb those around us. On street parking directly in front of the house is available for up to 2 vehicles. Guest access Easy to everything but Chattanooga is very much a driving town...having access to a car is very recommended. Free street parking for up to 2 vehicles in front of the house. Other things to note A bit of a steep hill coming in off of Brainerd Road. There is a back road called provence that you can also access via elmwood rd. We provide directions with check-in instructions.
