Stunning 3 bed apartment in the heart of Bristol's old quarter - surrounded by gastro pubs & live music. Open plan kitchen & lounge with fantastic views gives plenty of space for socialising; 3 generous comfy bedrooms (2 have king sized beds & 1 has a double bed, a 4th mattress can also be made up in the largest room). Please note: Unfortunately due to a recent structural survey, the lounge balcony cannot currently be accessed The space There are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom (king size bed) has a shower ensuite. The middle bedroom has a very comfy double bed and amazing river views The third bedroom has a raised king sized bed, where you need to climb up onto a chest to then climb onto the bed (see photos). This is where the 4th mattress is also put as the floor space is so big! It is on the top floor so you enjoy the best of the ambience below; the music, the view and the atmosphere, but all the while, having your own space and privacy! Guest access There is 1 car parking space that you have access to during your stay. Im afraid that pigeons often roost overhead so your car might need a wash after being parked there! There is a car park just around the corner should you need more space. The apartment is also a flat 10 minute walk from Bristol Temple Meads station. Other things to note About 5-15mins flat walk from Bristol Temple Meads station - depending entirely on the amount of luggage, fitness and heels that you have on! Definitely less than 2 minutes walk from the world famous Bristol Old Vic Theatre (I can see it from my lounge balcony!) Approx 5 minute walk from Bristol Hippodrome (I can't quite see it, but its only a couple of blocks away!) About 5/10 minutes flat walk to the Harbourside bars and restaurants. These get very busy, especially at weekends! About 10/15 minute taxi from Clifton village or 20-40min walk (depending on how fast you are!) About 10 minutes walk to Cabot Circus (Bristol's shopping heart!) About 5/10 mins from BRI hospital (just incase you need to know! But lets hope not!) Approx. 30 mins from Severn Bridge by car (for those that want to visit Wales). Approx. 40 mins from W-S-M.
