The space This English basement studio offers everything you need in a compact but comfy space. Motion detector lights illuminate the private front entrance. Along the painted brick wall you'll find a spacious dresser, an armoire, and a wall-mounted electric fireplace. Also along that wall is an entertainment center that houses a TV with FIOS programming, a shared DVR, a DVD player, and a sizable collection of DVDs. There are numerous bookshelves with books, and there is a magazine selection here and there. The table expands, and there are extra chairs in the back closet. Across the back wall there is a refrigerator with coffee in the freezer. The kitchen offers a coffee maker, a microwave, an induction hot plate, a spacious toaster/convection oven, and all the pots, pans, and tableware you'll need. The mini-split HVAC unit over the kitchen counter provides very quiet and comfortable heat and A/C. There's even a fan and an iron/ironing board. Out back there is a shared backyard and grill. An all-in-one washer/dryer will take care of any laundry needs. In the bathroom there is a walk-in shower, plenty of towels, a hair dryer, and even a few spare toiletry articles. Note that the second bed is a pull-out sofa bed, which is not as comfortable as the main bed and better suited for children or individual adults on a short stay.
