Found in the heart of Lancaster County Amish country, our country style suite apartment is only 15-20 minutes from historic Lititz, Ephrata and Lancaster. Private entrance and space with a bedroom and full bath adjacent to our garage. Countryside airbnb with the luxury of a location in town. We adhere to the airbnb cleaning requirements to ensure your space is thoroughly disinfected. We welcome long term guests. No smoking or vaping on premises please. The luxury of being in town with a feel of being in the forest, calm and relaxing. Private space and entrance. Guests are welcome to walk the forest trails behind our house for those not afraid to get a little dirt on their boots. We own chickens, ducks and have a small vegetable garden in the woods. The paved rail trail is down the road from our house for biking, walking and running. Cozy apartment adjacent to the garage. Includes bedroom and full bathroom. Microwave and mini fridge for your convenience. We will be available in-person or by text during arrival to assist with anything you need to get settled in and will also be available by text during your stay for any other considerations you may need. The neighborhood is mostly family oriented. We know many of our neighbors. There is a local homegrown grocery store as well as two parks within walking distance to our residence. There is a rail trail for biking. There is a bus, but the schedule is based on every hour to two hours so we often recommend using Uber or renting a car for longer visits. Security deposit will not be applied when booking, only after the stay and only if there is property damage. We do understand that accidents happen so if it is something small please let us know and we may be able to waive the fee. We are set up for online viewing on our TV, such as Netflix. There is no standard cable. Due to our recent awareness of airbnb mailing scams we will not be accepting any mail or packages on your behalf unless you are a long term guest (over 1 week). thank you for your understanding.
