Hello, this is Seogwipo Rom House. Our accommodation is located in the center of Seogwipo, so it is convenient for public transportation and transportation. Tourist attractions and amenities are close by. It is a place where the sea and the garden are well harmonized. This is a good accommodation with a view of Hallasan and the sea. The stream of Hallasan flows in front of the accommodation all year round, so take a walk in the fresh air in the morning:) It is located in the middle of the 7th course of Olle Trail, so it is a favorite accommodation for those who are touring Olle Trail. There is a large free public parking lot and an electric car charger next to the property. - A water purifier is provided. - "ROOM I" is on the 3rd floor. - Please note that there is no elevator. -The building's own soundproofing is vulnerable. Those who want to play like they won't be tomorrow should not make a reservation. - Please adhere to the checkout time. Additional costs will be incurred if time is exceeded. -4 standard people, 5 maximum people. - If the number of guests exceeds the standard, a fee of 20,000 won will be incurred per person. Other things to note -For a comfortable room condition, cooking with a lot of smell and oil is not allowed inside the accommodation. - Even though we run quarantine every month, sometimes bugs come out. Please note this part, and no refunds are possible due to bugs. - Please refrain from making loud noises that disturb the surroundings. - We check the facilities and furniture every time after the guest leaves. Please be sure to let us know before you leave, as you will be charged 100% of the cost of any damage to the facilities and furniture. - Parties, events, pets, smoking, and the use of fire hazardous materials are strictly prohibited. - Guests are responsible for storing valuables in the accommodation.
