Quaint, SAFE, n SECLUDED. A bright, FUNKY cottage, 2 adults only (21yr). Fully furnished apt. Kitchen w/gas stove n "Sharing" cabinet w/coffee n tea bar. 50" UHD TV/Wifi in living room. 2 dogs live on premises and often come to visit. This visit is about YOU! We want U comfortable while enjoying r area close 2 mountains, trails, shopping, restaurants n brewery's. Don't hesitate to see about last minute availability. +420 if you want 2 be. Permit #: STR-033 The space 3C's is our Mothers in Law apartment in rear of our home, perfect for one or two adults 21 yrs. or older. Plz declare how many adults booking. Self check-in. The cottage is more funky than fancy. Designed for two=No EXTRA people for overnites! MOTORCYCLE (both street or dirt) friendly, BICYCLE friendly with many local bike paths and 420 friendly because this is Colorado! We offer a private secured area for storing motorcycle, bicycles, trailers, etc. Must be dog lovers as we have 2 dogs on duty at all times. We all share the common compound of our back yard. Private. That includes a patio with table for 6 and gas grill/ or Weber for personal use with notice. We also have a quiet firepit area to enjoy. The almost private hot tub is also available 24/7 LOOK at pictures for visual in site. Guest access Common backyard with hot tub (almost private). Gas grills. Great seating for outside quite time. Guests have designated parking in our alley, as is the entrance to our 'compound'. Private. We are at the base of Pikes Peak. Great access to our cities vast and clean hiking and biking trails. 2mi. miles from Old Colorado City and only 1.2 mile from the lively downtown night life. Manitou Springs (+3mi. west on Colorado Ave.) offers great shopping, restaurants, museums and recreational marijuana shops (2). Access to numerous famous mineral water springs. Additionally, we are located within WALKING DISTANCE to several breweries, bars and fabulous restaurants. Off street parking in alley by garage plus a secured, lighted compound for small trailers, motorcycles, bicycles, etc. Please look at pictures for a visual. Other things to note Please look at our pictures as it shows you the layout of our compound/ shared back porch w/entry doors, etc. With today's continued health epidemics throughout the world, we are NOT exempt from the possibilities. Plz be assured in cleaning we are still taking measures to clean then disinfect completely and correctly the cottage and laundry. Main residence houses 2 fabulous k9s (west highland white terriers/Std. poo) who rule 'their' back yard and act like they own your cottage, too! Host also has a small home-based business in basement of the big house, opened from 7:30 A to about 5:30 PM Tue - Fri. No laundry facilities on property. Be aware that we sit at approximately 6300 Ft. elevation and coming up to our elevation one can easily get altitude sickness. Know the symptoms and drink plenty of water as it isn't any fun! Please note, this cottage is for TWO adults only, no extra people overnight, and plan on it! Yes, 420 friendly if you want it to be. PLZ! NO TOBACCO usage=SMOKING/VAPING on property or alley. NONE! NADA! (Subject to $300 fine).
