Alcudia, which is only a short drive away, has several large supermarkets, butchers' shops, bakeries, banks and twice-weekly markets. The seaside resorts of Port Alcudia and Port Pollensa are 10 minutes away by car. Villa Seablue has seafront views of Pollensa Bay, the lighthouse and the iconic Formentor hotel. There are three levels of outdoor terraces. The lower floor is covered with grass and has a good play area for children. The central terrace features an infinity pool, a shaded dining area and sun loungers. Upstairs is the perfect rooftop to watch the sun go down with an outdoor barbecue area. Inside, the property has an elegant and sophisticated decor with an open plan living area with floor to ceiling windows accessing the pool terrace and sea views. Home truths: - If you want to access the sea directly from the property, we recommend you to use swim shoes as it is a rocky coastline.
