This lovely house is located in the centre of the medieval village Testico from where you can enjoy the fabulous views of the mountains, the Merula valley and the Mediterranean sea. Close by you will find a small convenience store, 1 bar, 2 restaurants. Testico has a lot to offer - hiking, mountain biking or trekking. The beaches are only 18 km away. Popular tourist attractions include Alassio, Sanremo, Genoa, Nice and Monaco. There are bus connections to the seaside in Andora and Alassio. The space This lovely house is located in the centre of the medieval village Testico from where you can enjoy the fabulous views of the mountains, the Merula valley and the Mediterranean sea. The house has everything you need to enjoy a relaxed vacation such as: - Satellite TV, fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, fridge, gas cooker, oven) - balcony to enjoy the views and the sun - large bathroom with toilet, shower and whirlpool bathtub - additional toilet on the ground floor - one bedroom with king size bed on the upper floor with a balcony (extra bed available upon request) - one cozy bedroom with 2 beds in the attic, extra bed for children up to 4 years of age available upon request In total there are 3 floors, of which the top two are equipped with heaters (gas consumption incurs an additional charge). In the lower floor there is another little bath, the tavern and the exit to the beautiful garden terrace. Garden furniture as well as a barbecue grill is available.
