The space The flat is at the 15th floor of a building. You can walk to the metro station of Kadikoy-Kartal metro line in only 5 minutes. There is a fitness center and a swimming pool inside the building complex which will be shared with the other parties. Also there is an outdoor swimming pool for the summer days. Further there is a parking lot located under the building complex that you are free to use if needed. Other amenities that are included in my apartment that will offer you pure entertainment are: a Playstation3 console, Sony Tv and a Cinema system. Also you will have a stunning view from my flat - meaning you can even see the Princess Islands when you are laying on the bed. :) Regarding the neighborhood: Kartal is a district of Istanbul located on the Asian side of the city, on the coast of the Marmara Sea between Maltepe and Pendik. The center of Kartal (meaning 'eagle' in Turkish) used to be a fishing village on the Marmara shore. However nowadays Kartal is one of the districts that is right by the sea and therefore there are ferries to Adalar (Princes' Islands) and to Yalova.
