Charming, quiet, bright one-bedroom apartment in a luxurious modern residence with elevator and secure access. Refurbished seaside decor. Sunny garden balcony. 50 m from Pontaillac beach by a pleasant direct pedestrian path. Located in the historic area of the seaside resort of Pontaillac, known for the quality of its shops, warm welcome and casino with its nightclub. All walking distance ( bakeries, restaurants...) The space The entire apartment remains available to the tenants, without personal effect of the owner. Guests will find on site all the equipment they may be needed on arrival. Linens are provided as well as all the towels. Coffee, teas, choice of infusions, sugar, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar and... Pineau des Charentes welcome! Exotic beachfront atmosphere in sand white blue tones. Relaxed lunchtime dishes and more refined evening dishes for 6 people. A very comfortable 140/190 bed and a large sofa bed the same size can accommodate 4 people. All quality shops are accessible 100 m away and the beautiful beach of Pontaillac with its surfing spot 30 m away by a nice little pedestrian path. Bathroom with bath and separate toilet. The apartment has been completely modernized in October 2018 by me. Guest access Secure access to the apartment with intercom. Free and easy parking on the very quiet street. Transport by carabus and bike path. A cellar is available for any storage of bulky equipment (beach belongings... etc...) Other things to note I want to host responsible people who will take care of the place while enjoying the quality of the comfort. So I don't charge the cleaning fee with confidence as I expect my guests to have a minimum cleanliness when they leave. A deposit check of €100 will nevertheless be requested upon arrival to cover occasional damage and returned as soon as the stay ends. The accommodation is subject to the mandatory tourist tax of €0.80 per night per adult that will be collected by me at the end of the stay because it is not included in the Airbnb price.
