Enjoy your vacation high above the rooftops of Hochhausen. From the large rooftop terrace, accessible via a staircase, you’ll have a direct view over the meadows of the Tauber Valley. Biking and hiking trails start right at your doorstep. The penthouse offers the unique, cozy atmosphere of a solid-wood home combined with 5-star comfort. The accommodation is ideal for couples, friends, cyclists, and hikers, as well as convertible drivers and car enthusiasts (large garage available). The space Living & Amenities You’ll have two separate bedrooms at your disposal. The master bedroom features a large double bed (180x200 cm), and the second bedroom has two single beds (90x200 cm each). This makes the penthouse ideal if you’re traveling as a couple but would prefer to sleep separately. The beds will, of course, already be made upon your arrival. The heart of the home is the spacious, loft-style living area with a large, comfortable couch, high-quality furnishings, a flat-screen TV, a Bose hi-fi system, and a game console. The open-concept Nolte kitchen is fully equipped and includes, among other things, a dishwasher, a Thermomix, and a fully automatic coffee maker. Whether it’s a cozy movie night or breakfast on the terrace—here you’ll find plenty of space to relax, enjoy yourself, and feel right at home. Large terrace with a view of the Tauber Valley A real highlight is the spacious, wraparound terrace. Here, you can enjoy the view of the Tauber Valley, grill on the Weber gas grill, or spend long summer evenings at the sheltered outdoor dining area under the glass roof. The spacious bathroom, featuring a spa shower and plenty of towels, offers additional comfort. Perfect for cyclists and car enthusiasts The bike path through the picturesque Tauber Valley runs right past the house—ideal for bike and e-bike tours, as well as a starting point for hikes. The large garage has space for your car, bikes, e-bikes, and bike racks; you can also charge your e-bikes there for free, and electric cars for a fee to cover the cost of electricity. And if you love cars, there’s another little treat in store: Our garage also houses classic cars that guests can borrow—an unexpected highlight of their stay for many guests. Please note: The penthouse is located on the garage roof and is accessible via a staircase with 30 steps. Guest access The Tauberblick Terrace Penthouse is a freestanding unit located on the roof of a large garage. Guests have exclusive access (30 steps) to the entire apartment, as well as a parking space in the large garage, which is shared with the hosts and other guests. Bicycles can also be stored there, and e-bikes can be charged. Guests also have exclusive use of the 80-square-meter rooftop terrace. Other things to note Our arrival time is from 15:00, often an early Check-in is possible if the previous night is not occupied. At check-out we have to insist on 10:00, because otherwise we will not manage to be ready for the next guests by 15:00.
