Artist's House with Sea View across Tomis Marina

Ideally located just across the Tomis Marina and Casino (1 min), this apartment offers a cozy and warm accommodation with sea view at only a 10 min walk to the beach. You are 5 min away from Ovid Square, the most populated area with pubs, terraces and restaurants. You can enjoy your evenings taking a walk on the seafront or having a drink at a terrace in the marina. The apartment's fully equipped with everything that you may need. Mention: During summertime, the seaview is obstructed by trees. The space NEW April 2024: 1. REHAU Geneo glazing in the bedroom (tripan) 2. Washing machine The apartment is newly renovated and has a warm and bohemian air with high ceiling and parquet. It has a living room with dining area and a bedroom, separated by a French door, a large kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a small bathroom, a large hallway, a small hallway, a closet and 2 balconies (one in the living room and one in the bedroom). Both balconies have sea view, partially obstructed by a tall building in the unfinished Port of Tomis that has been under construction for 20 years (oh well… ) :) Between the living room and the bedroom there is a French door that can be closed and the two spaces can be separated. If there are 4 people, those who stay in the bedroom can reach the large bathroom without passing through the living room. In return, in order to get to the kitchen, it has to go through the living room. If you are more than 2 people, we will open the sofa in the living room whose width will be 140 cm and we will arrange it as a bed with bedding and everything. The bedroom bed is 160cm wide. If you have to work, you can comfortably sit at the living room table, on the couch or move the armchair from the living room wherever you need. For storing clothes, find a closet in the lobby and another clothes hanger in the bedroom. The block is quiet, the bedroom has two walls outside, so you don't sit wall in the wall with someone else. Above the apartment no one sits. The kitchen is fully equipped (we even have the garlic press!). We have Tschibo coffee maker, toaster, water heater, french press. There is a foehn, the ironing board and the iron. I put a cleaning fee of 100 lei for the cleaning between the guests. If you stay longer than a week and want weekly cleaning, leave us a message and we discuss costs/arrangement separately. Guest access Guests can access the entire apartment.
