It is on one level (no stairs inside the apartment), except 4 steps to access the private terrace at the back of the accommodation, in a courtyard reserved for your use. About the apartment: One can easily imagine the prestigious offices of this former bank thanks to the parquet flooring, the beautiful ceiling height and the old doors that have retained the charm of the old. Converted into modern and comfortable accommodation, you will find 3 bedrooms ready to welcome you for a weekend, or for a long stay: - 1 master suite with double bed, shower, sink and closet - 1 double bedroom with wardrobe - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and wardrobe + 1 sofa bed in the living room if you need extra beds The bathroom is equipped with a large corner bathtub and a double vanity. You can end your days in Salin by enjoying the large living room and its DVD player (with dozens of DVDs included), books and other comics, or family board games that everyone can enjoy. For parents with young children: a baby bed (with mattress but without sheet), a high chair and a baby bath are available free of charge in the apartment. About the terrace: It is located in a quiet, unoverlooked courtyard at the rear of the property. You can access it either from inside the accommodation (through a door connecting the dining room/kitchen to the terrace) or from the outside. A table and 6 chairs will allow you to enjoy beautiful outdoor meals, amidst the glowing Japanese maples. Guest access A parking space is reserved for you on the street, just in front of the wrought iron gate of the building. If you have a second car, you'll easily find other spots further down the street (within 300 m of the accommodation). Once parked, you will cross the pretty inner courtyard and enjoy the view of the imposing period stone staircase. You will need to climb its 25 steps (1 floor) to arrive at the door of your apartment, it being 100% on one level. The keys are handed over by key box, the code for which will be sent to you on the day of your arrival. You are therefore free to come at a time that suits you, from 3pm. The apartment is located in the city center of Salins-les-Bains, all shops are in the immediate vicinity on foot: bakery 150 m, organic grocery store 130 m, tobacco shop 100 m, The thermal baths of Salins-les-Bains are 1 km away (12-min walk). Other things to note The accommodation is non-smoking inside, but an ashtray is available on the terrace.
