Detached house in one of Tenerife's wonderful coastal villages just a 30-second walk to the beach. Equipped with a solarium, chillout area, barbecue, artificial grass, solar shower, WIFI, kitchen, kitchen utensils, washing machine, flat screen TV with Movistar TV... The area has 2 natural pools, beach, supermarket and bars. Just a 15-minute drive to Playa de las Américas, Siam Park and Reina Sofia Airport. PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED The space For 4 people, the house is spread over two floors. Downstairs you will find: • Two bedrooms, each with a flat-screen TV, Movistar TV, a closet, nightstands, and a mirror. • Kitchen with everything you need: cutlery, pots, pan, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, oven, kettle, soap, cloths... • Bathroom with shower, hot water, toilet paper, toilet soaps... • Dining room. • Terrace with ocean views where you can enjoy a good breakfast as it is equipped with chairs and table. Upstairs is the rooftop, a beautiful rest area equipped with a chillout area, armchair bed, table, barbecue, solar shower, hammock and lawn. A cozy and wonderful place to enjoy a magnificent sunset, sunbathe and rest. Other things to note For stays longer than 15 days, animals are allowed.
