Animals are welcome! 🐾🌿 The space 🍂 Want to enjoy the Charente differently in September and in the fall? 🌿 Welcome to my small, cozy cottage for 2 people, located in a quiet area in the countryside, in Mosnac-Saint-Simeux, by the Charente. After the bustle of summer, September is an ideal time to come and enjoy the region: milder temperatures, quieter paths, the vines beginning to change color, and that wonderful feeling of having the countryside almost to yourself. 🍇 🐾 And here, pets are really welcome! I am completely pet-friendly and I want your companions to enjoy the vacation too. The cottage has, in particular, an enclosed garden, which is highly appreciated by travelers for being able to enjoy the outdoors in peace. 🌿 The garden is a real little haven of calm, with views of the countryside and the vineyards. Even after a very hot summer, it's still a very nice place to have your morning coffee, read a book, have lunch outside, or just enjoy the calm. It's also regularly one of my guests' favorites. 🚲 For cycling enthusiasts, the Flow Vélo passes close to the cottage: you can set off directly to explore the villages, vineyards, and landscapes of the Charente. 🛶 Want to take some time for yourself? The Charente can also be discovered along the water, with boat trips and many opportunities for walks along the river. 🥾 Nearby, you can also enjoy many walks, discover the small villages of the Charente, visit Cognac and its cognac houses, Angoulême, Aubeterre-sur-Dronne and its underground church, or simply stroll along the banks of the Charente. 🍽️ And after a day of walking, several restaurants and open-air cafes await you by the water. ❤️ A cottage that I have been renting for 6 years now, with over 250 guest reviews and an average rating of 4.86/5. Other things to note I ask for a cleaning fee because I provide the bed and bath linen, but I would just like the studio to be returned to me as I left it. Everything you need to do the cleaning is available.
