Family Beach House

Come and enjoy our comfortable and spacious beach house. An inverter that makes loadshedding less of a problem. Situated in a security complex in Diaz Beach, only a few minutes walk to the beach and water park. The house has a beautiful view over the estuary, nature reserve with plentiful bird life. Our family have enjoyed countless holidays since they were toddlers and now come back with family and grandchildren to the place they love. There is a communal playpark for kids and a swimming pool. The space The property has two floors. 1st floor has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, main kitchen/living area and lovely outdoor balcony where guests can enjoy a nice family barbecue. 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchenette/living area and lovely outdoor balcony to relax in the sun. There is a small shopping complex 2 minutes drive and a large modern mall with restaurants 15 minutes away. Guest access All guests have access to the facilities available in the complex, which include a swimming pool, birdwalk, and playpark for kids. Other things to note We pride ourselves in handing over a spotlessly clean unit. The unit has an inverter, therefore making loadshedding less of a problem. Smart TV and full DSTV bouquet.
