Split level design featuring an open plan living/dining/kitchen area with wood fire and split system heating and cooling, opening to a large entertaining deck. Take your meals or morning cuppa onto the deck and watch for wildlife or just enjoy the feeling of being amongst the sand dunes. The kitchen has electric cooking, microwave and all your crockery and cutlery needs. On the lower level are three spacious bedrooms, one with queen bed, one with tri-bunk (double on bottom, single on top) and the other with a single bunk bed, all have built in robes. The bathroom, separate toilet and laundry are also on this level. Please note; firewood is not provided for you, it can be purchased from the service stations in Cowes. *Please note that linen is not included when booking this property* Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels. Alternatively, a link to a local linen hire company will be provided with your booking confirmation. You will need to complete an online check-in form (Guests are required to provide a photo identification and credit card) closer to your arrival date. If you are not comfortable with this requirement, please refrain from making a booking. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. A security deposit of AUD500 is required for all confirmed reservations.
