The Maison is a small building from the 1400s, which retains its vintage charm, a stone's throw from the main square of Narni, Piazza Garibaldi, where you can take public transport or have a good coffee. The ideal place to fully experience the city of Narni and move easily to the most beautiful places in the area. Thanks to its privileged location, in a small street with little traffic from cars, you can enjoy a nice silence. The space The accommodation A historic tower house of 150 square meters located on 2 floors with a covered loggia from the 1400s where you can eat or read a good book quietly. It is an independent apartment, consisting of a double living room with a fireplace and a double sofa bed on the first floor, a fully equipped kitchen and a loggia (covered balcony). Upstairs, there are 2 large rooms with double beds, and one of the two is connected to a third room equipped with a French double bed with direct access to the terrace where you can admire the landscape, the Albornoz Fortress and enjoy the cool breeze on summer evenings. The bedrooms are also all equipped with air conditioning, although little used thanks to the large historic walls that do not allow heat to penetrate and make it cool even in the sultry summer periods. A single bed can also be added in 2 rooms. On the second floor there are 2 full bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. The house is ideal for couples, families or friends, and can accommodate up to a maximum of 8 people. It has a fully equipped kitchen and 2 full bathrooms. The fast wi-fi and the comfortable and bright spaces make it perfect for business trips, in summer and winter.
