Fully equipped (linens, kitchen layout and equipment...) to accommodate 6 people in a spacious, elegant and modern comfort. Bedrooms with terrace and bathroom. The space All you have to do is unpack your bags! Sheets and linens are in place, time for a shower with products available, beach towels are there, no need to open your suitcase, you can jump into the pool! Sun loungers and umbrella welcome you on the Deck. A very discreet outdoor shower with hot water makes it easier for you to use the pool. The airy veranda invites you to sip or have lunch, not to mention the large barbecue that promises pleasant evenings. The living room opens entirely to the terrace and is just an invitation to relax. TV and WiFi available. The equipped kitchen (dishwasher/NESpresso/kettle/oven/microwave...) always has some consumer products available for your arrival) is a daily pleasure with its very user-friendly opening and its space allowing 6 adults to be there without jostling. A slightly set back office space will allow you to isolate yourself for a while from the Living Room/Terrace living area. The 2 bedrooms upstairs have their own shower room and private terrace. A shared toilet on the landing. The master bedroom on the ground floor has its bathroom and toilet, and opens onto the pool terrace. Not to mention a safe available in the accommodation and the common toilet on the ground floor, accessible from the back of the house for children in a hurry (who will not have to go through the whole house from the pool and all wet)... very convenient!! A garden and pool maintenance service is responsible for regular monitoring, service included in the rental. A housekeeping service is included in the rental, with a cleaning lady for the total maintenance of the accommodation 2 to 3 times a week (Monday/Wednesday/Friday). A complete cleaning of the accommodation is systematically carried out before your arrival and after your departure. Guest access The Lagon pool and the CHOISY LES BAINS Residence dining area are of course accessible to all occupants of the Residence. In this fully secure 24-hour enclosure, you will have the freedom to enjoy either the tranquility of your GARDEN HOUSE side neighborhood or the friendliness of the complex neighborhood on the LAGOON POOL side. Other things to note Need a driver for airport/vacation home transfer for both ways. Need a driver for your travels around the island during your stay. Need an exceptional driver for a getaway in a vehicle suitable for 6 people and over. We offer solutions with the assurance of a trusted service with our French/English/Mauritian speaking driver guide. But also many other local services such as car rental, organization of car/boat excursions or other leisure activities... At your request, we'll put you in touch with Yoguesh, our man for all situations, who can meet all your requests throughout your stay. CLARIFICATION: We always leave food available for FREE to allow guests to eat at least upon arrival. Regarding BREAKFAST, this is the provision of coffee/tea/sugar/biscuits/fruit juice that you use according to your wishes within the limit of the stock present. But this independent villa is not a hotel, so there are no staff to prepare BREAKFAST for you every morning, nor for setting up or service. Like any seasonal rental of a private home, you'll need to manage your own food purchases based on your needs. The assistant cook can do the food shopping for you during your stay, but after consultation with yourself upon arrival and your acceptance of the rates for this additional service.
