There are a lot of windows in apartment so it can be a lot of sun lights in it, and also who loves we have .There is big terrace whit table and 4 chairs, which they can aproach through main entrance of the first floor,or directly from their living room through big doors of nice wood and glass. There is also free parking in front yard. Nearest beach is only 100metars, restaurant 200m.Market is only 20 metars away,like a bus station for city centar (which is quite close, only 15-20 minutes walking). Neighbourhood is very quite one without big buildings, only family houses.Traffic is very low, because there are no big streets only few one way streets. So guests can feel like in some small place souranded by sea, but very close to main city center and all other important locations. Everything is close, and almost everything is walkable distance Guest access Sleaping room, living room with kitchen, bathroom.and big terrace with table and 4 chairs in front of the apartment which they can come on through the main entrance of the 1st.floor or directly from their living room.
