Located 45 minutes from Zion, Bryce, and Brian Head, this charming home sits on Main Street in the town of Panguitch, Utah. Featuring 3 cozy bedrooms, a hot shower, and a fully equipped kitchen. Bikes are provided for cruising around town, please note bikes are seasonal. Enjoy an in-home washer and dryer, with eco-friendly detergent sheets supplied for your use during your stay. Kitchen and shower essentials are thoughtfully provided, and there’s a BBQ in the courtyard. The space ⚠️ IMPORTANT: This Home Is Located on Main Street! If you are a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, this may not be the best location for you. Welcome to The Pink Polka Dott! Built in the early 1900s, this charming home has been thoughtfully updated to blend modern comforts with its original character. Inside, you’ll find handmade quilts, antique furniture, and beautiful original wood flooring. While the kitchen features updated appliances, please note there is no dishwasher. Detergent is provided for the washer and dryer, which guests are welcome to use. Bedrooms & Stairs: You’ll need to climb the stairs (see photos) to reach all three bedrooms: Master bedroom with a king bed and Smart TV (preloaded with apps), overlooking Main Street. Twin bedroom, perfect for kids, stocked with games and books Full bedroom All beds have brand-new memory foam mattresses for your comfort. Bathrooms: There are two bathrooms, but the downstairs bathroom is very small and not counted as a full bathroom in this listing (it is shown in photos). The only full bathroom is upstairs. Outdoor & Extras: Enjoy the BBQ outside with propane provided. Bikes are available for cruising around town—two adult bikes and one children’s bike. Bikes are seasonal and available April through October. Air Conditioning: This home does not have central A/C, which is typical for the area due to beautiful summer weather. If A/C is essential for you, this home may not be the best fit. However, portable A/C units are provided for the master and full bedrooms. Family-Friendly Amenities: A Pack ’n Play crib and highchair are available upon request. Please let me know if you’ll need them, and I’ll provide their location. Please do not enter through the white door on Main Street. The apartment is located around the corner, in the back. Please follow the written driving directions provided for parking details and how to access the home. Location: The Pink Polka Dott is part of Historic Panguitch, situated right on Main Street. It’s surrounded by other local businesses and antique shops. All listing photos are current and accurately represent the space. Important Pet Policy: Due to a severe health condition, absolutely no animals of any kind are allowed in the home—no exceptions. Airbnb is aware of this medical necessity.
