Old Stone House With Swimming Pool for Families

Kula Milica is around 300 years old Dalmatian, family stone house renovated since 2015. and adapted for a pleasant stay. Stone and wood dominate the house for a nice and cosy ambient. It has fully equipped kitchen, satellite TV + Netflix, Wi-Fi, two large terraces each with dining tables, parking space, barbecue, swimming pool and an outdoor shower. We can help to provide cheese, olive oil, wine and organic fruits and vegetables from the village. It is our wish that you really feel like at home. The space Upper level - Stojan I. (62 m2) is located on the first floor with a living room, dining room, kitchen and two terraces (large and small). Top floor has a bedroom and bathroom (with shower and washing machine). The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people - two in the living room (large and comfy sofa bed) and two in bedroom (king size bed). The kitchen is fully equipped - fridge, hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, expresso machine and hand juicer. There is also a dining part of the room with a table for up to 6 people. The living room comes with a comfortable sofa that becomes a large double bed, TV with Netflix and radio. The whole apartment comes with free Wi-Fi. Ground level - Stojan II. (54 m2) is located on the ground floor and consists of two mutually connected areas, both of them with separate enterance. One area is a living room, dining room and kitchen together with a wonderful view on the swimming pool (trough a large sliding glass door entrance) and a little garden (from side window). Other area has a bedroom and bathroom (with shower and washing machine). It can accommodate up to 4 people - two in the living room (large and comfy sofa bed) and two in the bedroom (king size bed). The kitchen is fully equipped - fridge, hob, dishwasher, toaster, moka coffee maker and hand juicer. There is also a dining part of the room with a table for up to 4 people. The living room comes with a comfortable sofa that becomes a large double bed, satellite TV and 50 year old domestic turntable with some LPs. We can set up a baby cot bed on each floor (totally two beds). The whole apartment comes with free Wi-Fi and there is a big front terrace area with a dining table for 8 people, small lounge area and small garden with some Mediterranean spices, fruits and vegetables next to the pool. The pool The pool is here to make you enjoy the most. It is a 30m square with 60 cm to 155 cm deep pool to make you happy, relaxed and refreshed. Of course there is caution to be mentioned here as all fun is no fun at all, in case of careless situations. Please take in consideration that persons using the pool are doing so at their own risk. Parents or guardians are responsible for their children's safety. The owner accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss or injury to any person while using the pool. So please be careful as we want you to be safe and fully enjoy your stay. Guest access The guests will have the whole property for them selves during their stay in our house. This means they have a 100% privacy and use all the facilities of the property for them selves. Only my family will make short visits to the property always in advance agreements with the guests to maintain the swimming pool and water the plants and flowers. This takes place usually early in the morning while the guests are still sleeping. Other things to note NO TISNO FESTIVAL GUESTS PLEASE! Unfortunately due to negative experiences we don't except festival guests from Tisno, island Murter, so please respect the owners request and don't book the property if you're planing to visit the area because of the summer festivals that are going on the whole summer in Tisno, Murter Island.
