Nestled in the heart of the countryside between 2 seas, this old renovated farmhouse, spacious and bright, located on the edge of the forest, will bring you the comfort expected for a relaxing stay, not overlooked, quiet and 25 minutes from the sea. Must-see sites to discover, Lake Guerlédan, the Gulf of Morbihan, the pink granite coast, the Bay of Saint Brieuc, Cap Fréhel... The space Your vacation rental includes a large 9000 m2 plot with 2 fenced, shaded, south-facing parks that can accommodate horses. A large park undergoing landscaping where you can relax on the large south-facing wooden terrace with a splendid view of the valley, garden furniture, spa and another northwest-facing terrace. A large living room with fully equipped open kitchen, a bedroom with a 160/200 bed, a separate toilet with hand basin, a bathroom with a large walk-in shower and a laundry room. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms with 2 beds of 90/200 (convertible into a bed of 180 cm), 2 beds of 90 cm and a bed of 160 cm, a bathroom with two sinks, spa bath and shower with a separate toilet. Large garage available with table tennis, darts games... large parking in the back of the house. Guest access The cottage is entirely at your disposal. It includes the 180 m² living area as well as a 50 m² garage (serving as a games room), an awning in front of the barn (converted into a summer kitchen). The 100 m² wooden terraces with outdoor Jacuzzi, the park of more than 3000 m² with outdoor play area. There are no neighbors opposite, no neighbors within 300 m. The cottage on the edge of the forest is served by a small road (without traffic) no noise or olfactory nuisance nearby. A relaxing place and less than 10 minutes from the town of Quintin. Other things to note The barn is used for the storage of our maintenance equipment. The small house next to the rental is not used. The awning near the barn serves as a summer kitchen. The pool (5x10x1.50 deep) is covered but can be uncovered depending on the weather. The enclosure allows you to swim underneath when it is closed. A heat pump completes the possible lack of sun if necessary. The pool is open from the end of April to the end of September (variable depending on the weather).
