The space This is a one bedroom apartment with a large living room, designated work space, kitchen, bath and dining area. You will have a private porch where you can sit and drink your coffee, virtually unnoticed. Very quiet and safe/secure. We have our own police department. Guest access You have access to the whole apartment and whatever is in the apartment. You do share a common hallway from the front entrance. Keyless entry. Other things to note I am not bothered if you have a question or need a recommendation. The ugly rooster is about three blocks away they have fabulous lunch and breakfast. If you come out the front door and go left and walk straight up the street three blocks you’ll run into the ugly rooster. If you come out the door and go left and then go right at the corner down about two blocks is the Endzone (Thurs night trivia) which has burgers and beers and quick draw. Across the street is a small plaza that has a nail and hair salon, an AutoZone, a pizza shop, subway, and Walgreens. Right next to that is a Dunkin’ Donuts and across the street is CVS pharmacy. Saratoga is 20 minutes away and the airport is 30 minutes or less. Lake George is an easy drive up the Northway.
