SPAC/track/Albany Airport easy 20 min commute.Walk to Ugly Rooster for breakfast or End Zone for a beer/burger. Sit on the front porch or enjoy watching TV under the fan in the carport. Carport provides winter shield from the elements in the winter. Driveway/carport provides enough room for two cars. The space This is a two bedroom apartment with a large living room, designated work space, newer eat in kitchen with two ovens, newer bath and dining area. Freshly painted and plenty of room for the family. Who doesn't love a front porch to people watch or where you can sit and drink your coffee? Very quiet and safe/secure. We have our own police department. Owner is readily available for any questions or recommendations for the area. In the warmer months, you can enjoy the furnished carport with TV and ceiling fan. Albany Airport, SPAC, Saratoga Race Track, all within a 20 minute commute. Lake George, Schroon Lake and the Adirondacks are about a 45 minute drive with an easy drive up the Northway. Leaf peeping in late September or early October is also nearby. Enjoy all that Upstate New York has to offer. Guest access You have access to the whole apartment, carport and whatever is in the apartment. Private laundry. Only shared space is a common hallway from the front entrance. Keyless entry. Other things to note I am not bothered if you have a question or need a recommendation. The Ugly Rooster is about three blocks away they have fabulous lunch and breakfast. If you come out the front door and go left and walk straight up the street three blocks you’ll run into the Ugly Rooster. If you come out the door and go left and then go right at the corner down about two blocks is the Endzone (Thurs night trivia, Karaoke on Friday night, and quickdraw) which has burgers and beers and quick draw. Across the street is a small plaza that has a nail and hair salon, an AutoZone, a pizza shop, subway, and Walgreens. Further down on Central Avenue, is a Dunkin’ Donuts and across the street is CVS pharmacy. Saratoga, SPAC and Albany Airport is 20 minutes away. Saratoga Lake is about 15 minutes, Lake George is an easy drive up the Northway.
