The manor house is located on a hill outside the small village of Jülchendorf, surrounded by extensive pastures and gently curved hills. It is about 200 years old, listed half-timbered building with a beaver's tail roof. In the 1990s, the manor house was extensively renovated and in 2012 two spacious, bright apartments were created here.
