This is just 1 mile from downtown Guerneville, yet a private, quiet setting to escape to. Fully-furnished home has all dishes, appliances, etc. for cooking/dining. All linens, towels, etc. are provided; there's a full-size washer and dryer as well. Hottub, decks, gas grill, sunroom plus all electronic amenities: computer, TV, blu-ray DVD, high-speed Internet/WiFi, streaming Netflix & Pandora, etc. Three night minimum (increases to 4 nights in most cases for summer weekends), pets OK. Manager available in Guerneville for any questions or problems. The price per night may change from $299 to $325 for holidays. Summer weekends may have a 4-night minimum. Weekly bookings receive a 10% discount and monthly bookings a 30% discount. Absolutely no large and/or noisy parties permitted. This is a quiet neighborhood and people live in it and visit it in order to get away from it all. So, please, out of respect to others, please be considerate. Guerneville is the main town along the Russian River, the center of the Redwood Empire and offers the best of recreation, wine country exploration and culinary experiences.
