The space The villa is well ventilated , furnished, air-conditioned with 3 spacious bedrooms with attached bathrooms and a common washroom, two seperate drawing room in two floors with one dinning room in the ground floor and a modern kitchenette, in the heart of the twin city. The villa comes with a private parking space, safe and secure living spaces with round the clock security and a 24*7 power back-up facility. For family it will be a peace stay.Unmarried couples are not allowed . no loud music , it’s a society. Villa is fully loaded with all the facilities. All type of board games are available. In the evening just seat in the lawn and make your own bbq in the machine. Guest access None really. We’re all adults! Guest are welcome to access the entire villa i.e private bedrooms, living and dinning space, equipped kitchen ( a toaster, microwave, cooking gas connection, water purifier, refrigerator) parking space, balcony and the lawn too Other things to note No loud music please . Smoking inside the house is not permitted. You can smoke only in the balcony and in the lawn areas.
