Guest suite in Cornwall

This is our guest room: Fistral Hideaway. Which is on the ground floor of our family home and benefits from it's own entrance. There is a connecting door to our home, but this is a fire door that is locked. We are located in an ideal position: set back one road from the famous Fistral Beach in Pentire and a 10 minute walk from Newquay Town centre. The perfect base to explore the adventures of Cornwall, sample the varied, local cuisine and breathtaking beaches The space The space includes a double bed in the sleeping area, shower room, sitting area, sink, coffee/tea making facilities and fridge, TV and WIFI. There are no cooking facilities. The Hideaway is on the ground floor of our home and has a connecting internal door to our house (which is a locked fire door) but benefits from a separate entrance. We are a family with young children and a toddler; you will be staying in our home and it is an energetic home with some early risers. On road parking is free and without time restrictions, however is subject to spaces free on the road. Alternatively there are 2 car parks a 5 minute walk away: Pentire Headland, Newquay, TR7 1PF and Pentire Rd, Newquay TR7 1Q. We a very short walk to the beach to enjoy the beautiful Cornish Coast and the Gannel Estuary. This is a residential area and therefore guests will need to be respectful of our neighbours. It is not suitable for returning late to the property intoxicated as it is in our family home. Other things to note The toilet and shower operate on a Sani-Flow system. Therefore the only item that can be placed down the toilet is toilet paper. DO NOT USE WET WIPES OR TOILET WIPES. DO NOT FLUSH ANY SANITARY ITEMS. These will block the system, cause damage and incur a repair cost if flushed. We are a family with young children and a toddler; you will be staying in our home and it is an energetic home with some early risers.
