Our apartment is situated on a luxury gated development in the heart of Velez de Benaudalla, just 15 mins from the beach or just over 1 hour to the Sierra Nevada mountains The space This apartment feels like a house! Modern self-contained 2 bedroom Duplex Apartment across 2 floors with ensuite and family bathrooms. There is also a large roof terrace which runs the full width of the building. There are 2 bedrooms, one master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, king size bed and flatscreen tv. The other has a triple sleeper (double and single bunk bed). There is also a double sofa bed in the lounge offering flexibility for mixed groups. There is an open plan lounge, dining, family shower room and kitchen area on the second floor with every luxury extra including flat screen Smart TV, Chrome cast box, Blu-ray player, Nintendo Wii, 5.1 Surround Sound System with wireless control and music streaming from your phone. There is also a selection of board games, books, films and music should you ever get bored. For children and babies we have a selection of toys and there is a foldout baby seat to attach to the chairs for feeding time. A stairgate is fitted to the hallway and a travel cot is provided. The communal pools in the garden are open from 1st of May to end of September subject to weather permitting. WiFi is now available throughout the apartment. Guest access Well stocked Kitchen with every luxury extra including Dishwasher & Nespresso coffee machine. Large Private Roof Terrace with Table & Chairs, Sun Shade, Sun Loungers and BBQ. Beach equipment and games also provided. Communal Family Pool and Kids Pool Communal Gym, Indoor Pool and Spa centre opening in the very near future...date to be confirmed shortly. Travel Cot, Stairgate, Portable High Chair Seat and Baby Blankets Other things to note Prices include all bedding, towels (including beach towels), linen, water and electricity. On arrival a local key holder will meet you and show you around the apartment. The cleaning charges are listed and payable upon booking. PLEASE NOTE: single groups will require a deposit of 150euros and strictly no parties allowed.
