Zian is equipped with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin. The unit features a microwave and fridge, ideal for heat-and-eat meals, coffee- and tea-making facilities, crockery and cutlery. It also features a TV with DStv. The space 464 On 22nd Ave is not just another overnight stay, our vision is to offer personalised excellent service to our guests. We have got a studies desk in our rooms for people who want to work from home in a long stay situation. We do have a restaurant on the property, for guests only. We only have three rooms at the moment.
