Homestay Accommodation Fees paid are not refundable. 5. Please report any damages, breakages, or malfunctioning equipment immediately on check in, any damages found on check out will be considered "caused by the guest" and will be charged to his/her account. 6. Please be considerate of our neighbors. "No Noise Time" is from 10:00 PM. Please refrain from making noise or playing music post 10 PM. 7. No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed. 8. The homestay house is a Non-Smoking home hence 'No Smoking' is required inside the house and in the room. You may use balcony area for smoking 9. Hookah strictly not allowed inside the rooms. 10. Illegal drugs are not allowed to be carried or possessed by the guest inside the house. This can be reported to the authorities. 11. Weapons such as guns, ranger's/hunting knives or any deadly equipment are not allowed to be possessed or carried by the guest outside or inside the house or inside the bedroom. 12 Put all your trash to the trash can. 13. Do not leave your valuables (money, jewelries, etc.) unattended inside the bedroom. 14. Please refrain from moving furniture from one room to another to avoid any damages or breakages. 15. The cost of any damages or breakages caused by negligence may be deducted from your end. Please check everything at the time of check in and report to Service person. 17. Close the windows and lock the door when leaving the premises. 18. Parents must not leave children unsupervised and are fully responsible for their safety at all times. 19. Please clean up for your pet's leftovers (our housekeeping staff will not do that for you) and keep them off furniture and beds. It's a pet friendly property but please carry pet bedding etc.
