Kid-friendly Beach Cottage: Pirate-theme

The space The cottage gets an annual refresh and is perfectly located to watch the rocket launches from “our” beach. This is our family cottage, cozy, quaint and quirky - not a palace but a place to relax and enjoy the ocean breeze. You will have the entire cottage to yourself. House has a main bedroom (Queen bed) and a second bedroom with a Pirate-themed bunk bed (2 single beds). Make sure you are comfortable with the top bunk before booking. Please see pictures & agree to house-rules. In the living room is an Indonesian daybed with a twin sized mattress (for 5th guest). The bathroom offers a bathtub/shower with shampoo, soap etc. The kitchen and living room are designed as open room concept. The entire house is flooded with natural light and offers unique, beach and surf inspired custom designed furniture and art. We welcome families and have plenty of indoor and outdoor toys, book, beach equipment incl. towels and some baby equipment. We do not offer TV but high speed internet for streaming on multiple devices. The house has its own laundry shed with laundry machine (detergent is available) and dryer. Lagoon friendly yard means we do not use fertilizer/pesticides or other harmful chemicals to artificially grow grass by poisoning the lagoon.... so no manicured lawn here. This is not a party location. Smoking is not allowed on the property. Please be respectful to neighbors because we actually like them :-). Guest access Guests can use the entire home and the spacious backyard with hammocks and various toys and seating possibilities for kids and adults as well as BBQ, beach chairs, beach towels etc. and a wagon to bring everything to the beach. To access the house you will receive an entrance code and this code will allow you to open and lock the front door, so you don't need to worry about a key. I might come by to introduce myself and see if you need anything. Other things to note HOUSE-RULES: Read and agree before booking. If you stay at the Artsy Beach Cottage you agree to the following house- rules: 1. You have read all information provided in the online listing. You have read all disclaimers, descriptions, seen all pictures and captions as privided in the online listing. You have read reviews from past guests and are fully informed before booking. --- 2. HURRICANES (summer/fall): If a hurricane is approaching our area, you might have to vacate the property. You will receive a refund for the days not spend at the Cottage. --- 3. AMOUNT OF GUESTS: Please state the exact amount of guests sleeping at the property. --- 4. NOT ALLOWED: smoking, vaping, incense sticks, excessive drinking, partying, loud music, unsafe, disrespectful or aggressive behavior, property damage, ripping out plants, pets and/or guests who aren't listed. --- 5. Please follow CHECK-OUT instructions. If you would like to check out later, please contact Sandra 48h in advance. --- 6. Please use the outdoor shower after each beach visit and wipe off as much sand as possible. Avoid sand in the bathroom shower. --- 7. You are comfortable with the hight and access of the the top bunk. Children under the age of 6 are too young to sleep on the top bunk. The bunk and stairs are not for playing. The top bunk is for one person only under 180lbs. Do not attach anything on the bunkbed or stairs. No jumping allowed on beds. Parents are responsible for their children. --- 8.
