The rooftop terrace on the third floor is available until 10:00 p.m. After sunset, loud singing and loud music are prohibited late at night and early in the morning. (It's a peaceful, quiet residential area with lots of single-family homes. Please refrain from doing anything that will harm your neighbors!) 5. No smoking There is a risk of fire. Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited in all areas of the facility, including third-floor rooftops and corridors. (Smoking areas are available in front of separate buildings.) 6.
