Newly built (June 2019) wooden summer cottage on the river Lielupe in Jurmala. House is located 15 metres from the river, so you have full river view. Get the chance to see the early sunrise on the river and use private river beach access. In the territory are total 3 houses for rent, this house is middle house. 5 min drive to the beach and downtown. There is a yachting club in the neighbourhood. Suitable for families with kids and those who travel with pets. House total size - 36 m2. The space Total territory is closed private area. Our vision is to make good quality cottage houses for Jurmala visitors - those who explore Jurmala and those who love nature. In the 3000 m2 we have put three summer houses and household building. This house is middle house , one house in by river, one closer to road. We are still in the process of finishing and plan to finish volley field this year and parking lot. At the moment parking is in the green teritory. From one side there is a yachtclub, from the other side is building new town house. They are building very slowely, we hoped they will finish till summer, but still are putting Fibo blocks, at the moment they are not load, but of course there can be any inconvenieces as we cannot be informed what will happen.
