The space Our 3-bedroom, 2-bath home (a king, queen, 2 twins and a sofa bed) offers a fully equipped kitchen with all the cookware and utensils needed to prepare a meal. Access the Flagstaff Urban Trail System (FUTS) directly from the subdivision for convenient hiking or biking. We encourage our guests to park in the large 2-car garage which also has a 50A outlet for charging electric vehicles. Please no street parking! The 3 smart-TVs in the house have a Netflix account, access to local channels in the living room, and all support Apple AirPlay so you can easily find a show or movie to watch. Leave the phone chargers at home and use the USB-C or iPhone charging cable attached to each bedside lamp (2 of each iPhone/USB-C cables per bedroom). Work from anywhere in the master suite with a desk, monitor and USB C charging laptop dock. Enjoy the cool summer evenings on the furnished front patio. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property except for 2 storage closets used to keep cleaning supplies and personal belongings, but there is an accessible closet in every bedroom. Other things to note This is a newly built neighborhood, so there are a few homes still being built down the street. There is some occasional construction traffic moving past, especially on weekdays, but it shouldn't be disruptive. Flagstaff is a train town, so a little bit of train noise is all but unavoidable around town. The train can be heard at times from the house (no horn) but shouldn't be much of a bother.
