We have a beautiful home with very private relaxing spaces. The house is set in a quiet safe cul de sac. The property is fenced and have an electronic gate. Lovely lush garden with pool and hot tub with many areas to sit and relax. Patio, pizza oven and large outdoor table under the veranda for those hot days. The space You will get to the house set at the back of the property by following a lush garden pathway on which you will first see the entertainment area /pizza oven. Here you enter the house to the open plan kitchen and dinning area. On the opposite side of the kitchen you have an enclosed patio which you can access by folding doors. Downstairs there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers, the one bedroom being an on suite. There is also a study room with a piano. Downstairs also features the tv room/lounge with a 3 seater and 2 seater couch. Lovely views, green, lush from all windows. Upstairs with stairs leading from the kitchen is a large studio room with a queen bed and futon double bed. The bathroom has a view on table mountain and the dormer window featuring a free standing bath facing False bay with lovely ocean views, some days you can see as far as Cape point. There are three outdoor social areas ideal for those needing some peace and quiet from busy holiday schedules. Woodfired pizza and Weber available for use. The Pool provide enough entertainment for the children, note it is not covered. We have a new addition to the house, to help enjoy the tranquility of the garden, an outdoor woodfired hot tub. This can be used not only in winter, as summer provides the refreshing Norwegian style hot cold plunges alternating between cold pool and hot tub! Guest access You will have the whole house to yourself. The garden is lush and privacy is guaranteed. Other things to note We have 3 cats, an older cat whom minds his own business, and very loving 2 year old brothers. The cats have got their own good reviews themselves. They will need feeding once a day.
