Welcome to Second Tide Around! This 2BR/2BA direct oceanfront condo in Sands Beach Club II was completely renovated with new furniture, appliances and mattresses in 2022! Highly sought after Arcadian Shores area of North MB, at the end of Shore Dr. Stunning views of the ocean from the private balcony. Amenities include outdoor pool/heated indoor pool, hot tub, tennis/pickle ball/basketball courts, gym and on site restaurant. We have been Superhosts since 2020. Keep reading to see why! The space Our first floor condo was completely renovated in 2022 for a fresh, modern feel. Our bedrooms feature brand new mattresses. There is a queen in the master and a queen and two twins in the guest bedroom. On each bed you will find a comforter and a light, very soft bed blanket to suit our hot or cold natured guests. All bed, bath and kitchen linens have been replaced in March 2025. The balcony has the best view! Directly oceanfront with brand new, Trek oversized high top table and chairs for an unobstructed view of the ocean. The railing is not directly in your line of sight with these high chairs so you can clearly see the ocean and beautiful horizon! On the deck, you will also find 2 beach chairs and a beach umbrella for complementary use. Our kitchen is equipped with stainless appliances, granite countertops, and fully stocked with dishes, wine glasses, mugs, blender and other essential cookware. The condo also has brand new beautiful ceramic tile flooring throughout. To make things easier for our guests we like to provide essentials to ease your burden of packing. With three kids of our own, we understand that bringing less is so much better! Both bathrooms come with full size complementary Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash and full size hand soaps. Both bathrooms have new hairdryers. We provide towels, washcloths, hand towels, and kitchen towels for your stay. Speaking of kitchen amenities.... We provide complimentary Keurig K cups, tea bags, creamer, sugar, and sweet and low for your stay. We stock cleaning supplies under the sink and provide a roll of paper towels for your stay. In the entryway closet, there are boogie boards and sand toys for the little ones. Please be kind and replace an item if it is damaged. We want to be kind to the next guests :) In our living room you will find board games, books and cards in the TV console all for your enjoyment. There is also a binder with information and your parking passes on the kitchen counter. This binder is filled with lots of great information to enhance your stay. The south side of the condo is called Singleton Squash inlet, which is great for fishing, crabbing and playing with the kids. It's truly a one of a kind location in North MB and is why we bought a condo here. The location can't be beat! Ocean Annie's bar is a short walk north up the beach. Cold drinks and live entertainment all outside and all oceanfront! Keep going and you will arrive at Apache Pier, the East Coast's longest wooden pier. Grab some drinks and lunch at the restaurant on the pier. Both Ocean Annie's and Apache Pier feature live entertainment each night. Have fun shopping at Tanger Outlets or Barefoot Landing, just a short drive away. Also, close by are activities such as golfing, miniature golfing, museums and an aquarium. You will have everything you need to put your feet in the sand and relax at Second Tide Around. Other things to note Sands Beach Club does not allow motorcycles to be parked on the property. There is cable TV in the living room and in the primary bedroom. The guest bedroom has a tv but no cable. Guests are encouraged to bring a Roku, Firestick, etc.
