The space The uniqueness of this property is the opportunity to be connected with nature in a most peaceful setting - no power watercraft. Shadow Lake Preserve is across the lake. The home itself is like a time capsule when construction was heavy duty. We have a brand new Heat Pump system for heat and......wait for it..... air conditioning! The system is set for heat OR air conditioning for all units concurrently.` Fishing is year around and we have a canoe, paddle boat and a stand-up paddle board. We have poles and tackle you can use. Guest access Guests have full access shared with the other two units to the large dock and stairs down to the water and the dock with two boats.
