Situated in a rural setting only 5 minutes from Lardner Park and 15 minutes from Warragul & Drouin. This is a spacious 2 bedroom unit with a living area and kitchenette including microwave, toaster, kettle, bar fridge and sink. Electric stove top available BBQ available. Off road parking is available. Our property is ideal for families who enjoy rural settings or colleagues on business who require separate sleeping areas. The space The unit is surrounded by a spacious rural settings. There are no neighbouring houses to block your view. We are close enough to major towns but yet far enough away to relax in the peace and quiet of rural life. We have young children who enjoy playing with other children staying. Our children know however to give privacy to those who require it. Whilst we live on a farm we do not encourage walking around our farm to greet the cows, this is for our guests own safety. We generally have young cattle around our house yard that you can view from over the fence. We have chickens that you can view from over the yard fence. **WE HAVE DOGS WHO ROAM OUR HOUSE YARD**. Our 2 border collies (Basil and Polly) are very friendly and love playing fetch. If any of your group are scared or nervous around dogs PLEASE RECONSIDER booking our unit.
