Suite A - Azure Anticipation

Suite A is our beautifully appointed "Azure Anticipation" suite which awaits your stay! Suite A is one of three (3) private suites we offer in our shared home and features natural light from the window-lined walls and calming azure colors. Suite A has a super comfortable queen-sized canopy bed with private bathroom that includes a shower over jacuzzi tub. All this is yours for the taking! STR – 0003484 The space STR-0003484! We are pleased to have been granted our certificate and registration number with San Francisco’s Office of Short-Term Rentals in order for us to legally be able to hosts guests in our home for less than 30 days and are required to advise all guests of the following information: “Possession of a San Francisco Short-Term Rental Registration Certificate certifies that the registration certificate holder has agreed to comply with the terms of the San Francisco Short-Term Residential Rental Ordinance (San Francisco Administrative Code Section 41A). This ordinance does not require an inspection of the unit by the City for potential Building, Housing, Fire, or other Code Violations.” The main level of our home is accessed by walking up eighteen (18) stairs from the street level which enters into the open and shared Living Room, Dining Room, and Kitchen. Suite A is located on the upper level of the house near the end of the main hallway and is a private, secured room with key access that guests receive upon arrival. Suite A is filled with natural light from the window-lined walls and features a super comfortable queen-sized canopy bed, two (2) nightstands, four (4) drawer dresser, one (1) accent chair with side table, desk with task chair, closet for hanging clothes and storage of luggage, has a wall mounted television with internet television AND still has enough floor space remaining to accommodate a twin or queen-sized air mattress for up to two (2) additional guests when needed. Suite A also has its own private in-room full bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub, shower over tub, sink, and low-flow toilet. Please note the following when making your reservation: 1) Max 28 Nights: We do not accept reservations longer than 28 nights. 2) Additional Guests: After the first (1st) guest on a reservation, there is an additional fee per guest, per night. By not including all guests on the original reservation that are staying in our home would be a violation of our house rules and subject the entire reservation to immediate termination without refund. 3) Animals: While we DO permit guests to bring a maximum of one (1) animal with them during their stay, there are additional fees and specific rules regarding animals in our home. Not including the animal on the original reservation and/or not following the rules would be a violation and subject the entire reservation to immediate termination without refund. ESA and Service Animals are exempt from the additional fees, but not the rules. 4) A complimentary breakfast and snacks are provided as a courtesy only and do not change the nightly rate. 5) House Rules: We have put time and effort into thoughtful policies for our home called the "House Rules." For the safety and courtesy to us and all of our guests, we expect you to read and respond to our communications and follow all of our House Rules. Guest access All guests are welcome to make themselves at home! Open access to the Living Room, Dining Room, and Kitchen is included with your stay 24/7!!! The living room includes a comfy sofa, chair with ottoman, rolltop desk, HP printer connected to our WiFi for guest use, board games and coffee table/books/magazines for reading. The dining room has a table that seats six (6) comfortably, a beautiful dining hutch where guests will find all of the breakfast flatware, a console table with snacks and the bookshelf where guests will find the key to their suite. In the middle of the main hallway, guests will find a bookshelf filled with a library of travel books about the area that they may borrow during their stay. The kitchen includes a six (6) burner/full sheet pan capable Blue Star oven/range, Samsung Smart Refrigerator with built-in tablet and internet connectivity, dishwasher, kitchen accessories, cookware, flatware, plates, glasses, spices and some condiments. Laundry facilities are also available in the garage and may be used for no additional fee. During your stay We give our guests space and are available when needed! Michelle, Ephram, Grove and Violet live/work downstairs and will be sharing the living room, dining room, and kitchen with you. Michelle owned and operated an award-winning residential property management firm in San Francisco for over 25+ years which she recently sold to focus her energy on The Compost Collector®. Michelle knows SF very well and is happy assist you with any specific needs and/or best routes of travel. Ephram works for a medical tech company in SF not too far away from our home. Other things to note Furry Friends are Welcome! For those individuals with allergies to our canine and feline friends, please understand that animals DO come and go at this property. We permit a maximum of up to two (2) well-behaved and flea free animals per Suite per stay. All animals MUST be accompanied by their human in all common areas and are not permitted to run freely throughout the house. Additionally, animals are not to be left unattended in the suite/house for extended periods of time. And finally, please note that our backyard is NOT accessible to guests for their animal(s) needs. Smoking and/or Vaping is NOT permitted anywhere inside of the premises. However, we do offer ashtrays outside in the FRONT of the house if you must partake. By using the ashtray in the front of the house, we are assuring that smoke does not bother other guests. We realize that marijuana is now legal in the State of California, however, we would appreciate you not partake on our premises whatsoever. Registration Details STR-0003484
