Two-bedroom apartment ideally located between the Arènes (less than 100 meters) and the Maison Carrée (UNESCO classified), 300 meters from the magnificent Musée de la Romanité. You are a 5-minute walk from the Halles de Nîmes and close to the Jardin de la Fontaine. The rental includes access to the Arènes car park (maximum height: 1.90 meters) for the duration of your stay, located 200 meters from the apartment. You will be minutes away from the SNCF train station (approx. 500 meters). The space You are located in the middle of the pedestrian area with all the advantages such as the many very good restaurants in Nîmes, museums, monuments and the disadvantages such as noise as in all city centers. The accommodation is located on the third floor without elevator access. It is a duplex, a staircase gives access to the second bedroom. The accommodation consists of two bedrooms, each with a double bed and storage. Bedding is provided. You can relax in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and very functional. You have at your disposal a basic breakfast (milk, orange juice, coffee, tea, accompanied by madeleines, toast and cereals). In the bathroom, you will find everything you need (towels, shower gel, shampoo…). The apartment does not have air conditioning but in the bedrooms and living room you have ceiling fans. You also have access to a locked room on the ground floor to store bicycles (3 maximum). Guest access For your arrival, the apartment is available from 3 p.m. and parking from 2 p.m. For your checkout, you must vacate the apartment by 12 p.m. at the latest and the parking lot by 1:45 p.m. PARKING USE For parking, we first meet at the entrance to the parking lot (maximum height 1.9 meters). This is the Arènes parking lot. The GPS address is RUE DU 11 NOVEMBER 1918 NIMES I'll wait for you at the end of the street to give you the parking access card that you'll keep throughout your stay. You can come and go as often as you like with the access card. Parking is free. You park the vehicle and then we go to the apartment together. Other things to note The rental includes free access to the Arènes car park for the duration of your stay. Access is valid for one car only. The maximum height is 1.9 meters.
