This delightfully fresh, light-filled and well presented 'cottage' is perfect for a weekend or a longer stay. It’s an ideal place to stay whilst your own home is being renovated! The cottage is close to public transport; CBD, Victoria Market, Royal Children's Hospital & Flemington Racecourse. You can walk to the local pool! Guests, please note that when only two people are staying and require separate beds, an additional one-off fee of $50 will be requested. I look forward to hosting you. The space The cottage is a 3 roomed workers cottage comprising one double bedroom with built-in robes, a cosy sitting room with a fold out double sofa bed, a recently renovated combined laundry/bathroom, a renovated kitchen and living room leading on to a deck with BBQ and sunny courtyard garden with a retractable clothesline. Guest access Guests have access to essential pantry items and some basic 'office' supplies in the Secretaire. Other things to note The 'Welcome Sheet' has most essential information. I like to remind guests that whenever they go out onto the deck that they prop open the French Door with the urn but, should they be accidentally locked out, there is a key located under the bench seat to regain access!
