Cottage in Accord

Located just south of the Catskills in the beautiful Rondout valley, under 2 hours away from Midtown Manhattan, The House On Smith Lane was built in the modern farmhouse style. Striking the perfect balance between classic and comfortable, our home is equipped with fully modern amenities, including state-of-the-art kitchen and appliances, nest thermostat heating system, and an in-ground pool with bluestone coping (pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day). @thehouseonsmithlane The space Our home was built in 2017 by Catskill Farms, a local building company inspired by the architecture and history of the Catskills and classic American Design. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property, including the firepit, grounds, and pool (seasonal May-September). Other things to note NO PARTIES. We live in a quiet community and our home isn't suitable for parties. Only registered guests and their vehicles are allowed on the property. While there is excellent WIFI, there is no cell reception at the house. If you need to make a cellular call, we recommend turning left out of the driveway and driving just down the road for a minute or so. Our water comes from a well and so there is a slight but harmless sulphur odor. It's perfectly safe, but we also provide cold filtered drinking water just inside the fridge.
