This studio is a few steps away from the beach with a balcony overlooking the complex gardens. It is fully equipped including fast Wifi, smartTV with Netflix, air-condition, mini fridge/freezer, cooker and washing machine. Gated parking is available free of charge for all our guests. The Galatex complex is situated right on the beach in the heart of Germasogia tourist area with everything nearby: supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, shops etc. The space The studio is located in Galatex complex which is on the sea side of Limassol, a great location with everything around you: cafes, restaurants, banks, taverns, etc. It is a large size studio which has been fully refurbished in 2018 and has a bathroom with shower, 50 inches Smart TV with Netflix and Youtube, balcony, air condition, fast WiFi and a fully equipped kitchenette (under counter fridge freezer, stove, washing machine). The balcony is overlooking the complex garden pathway leading to the sea where you can access the beach on the right and the left side of the complex. The Studio is on the second floor (no elevator) of a small 2 floor building in the complex with just 4 apartments. *** Free mid stay Housekeeping service every 7 days for stays of 14 days and above (upon request). Housekeeping service includes cleaning of the property and fresh linen & towels. Mid stay Housekeeping service for less than 14 days stays is available on request and charged extra. ABOUT US: G.T.Z. Guest access You will be renting the whole apartment to yourself! Other things to note * Beach Towels can be hired at €5 each for the duration of your stay. Baby cot & high chair can be hired at €30 each for the duration of your stay. * The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and there is no lift. * Electricity is included in the price for 10kWh per day which is more than sufficient for usage of all appliances at the property including air-conditions. If consumption is exceeded, the difference will be charged extra at €0.40 per Kwh. The meter is read on arrival and departure. Registration Details 6116
