Traditional Italian House-relax and enjoy

Basic beautiful wood and stone chalet. The house is overlooking the beautiful lake Iseo. It is a very peaceful location, private and secluded. The house consists of: A large downstairs room incorporating the kitchen and living area. There is a traditional wood fireplace in the corner. There is a small bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. Upstairs there is a large room with 2 double beds and 1 single bed. A small balcony looking out from the front of the property. There is a grassed area and parking for a few cars. A large gate leads to the private driveway. Guest access There is a large table that can easily seat 6 people. The kitchen area has a fridge, sink, gas hob and oven. Cooking equipment and tableware for more than 6 people are provided. Other things to note The town of Grumello del Monte (10 minute drive) has a few supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, banks, post office, pharmacy, a rail station, bus connections, a swimming pool with gym etc. Lake Iseo is a very beautiful Italian lake that is about 15 minutes drive away. This lake is very popular with the Italians, but is still off the main tourist trail compared to places like Lake Garda. You will therefore have a more authentic Italian experience in places like Sarnico and Mont’ Isola without so much of the tourist hubbub. Milan is about an hour away. Other famous places easily accessed as a day-trip include Verona (1 hour drive), Lake Garda (45 minute drive), Bergamo (30 minute drive).
