Cabin 2. This recently completed baltic pine 1 bedroom cottage is North facing with stunning valley views situated on a private and secluded 40 acre property in the beautiful Jiggi Valley. This cottage is self contained and features an enclosed balcony to better enjoy the rural aspect. 20 minutes equidistant to Lismore, a little longer to Nimbin and Kyogle and just under an hours drive to the beaches of Byron Bay, Suffolk Park, Lennox, Brunswick & beautiful South Golden Beach. The space This beautiful space is off the grid, and power is from solar and generator. There is internet and phone coverage subject to your own device contracts. Local regional access to picturesque waterfalls of Tuntable, Mignion and Whian Whian falls. Numerous local regional swimming holes and walks. Guest access Guests are welcome to experience the property and walk at their leisure. The games area that includes an 8ft 8 ball table dining and lounging area that is under cover but open to panorama. Local walks, markets, and opportunities to enjoy the northern rivers cornucopia abounds. Toward year end (weather pending) allows an opportunity to experience the magic of the fireflies! This amazing experience provides an opportunity to walk amongst these flashing little creatures whilst they perform their mating dances which last from the onset of twilight to shortly after true dark! Their appearance is dependent upon the weather cycles but is usually between October to sometimes January! The property has never been contaminated with chemicals since 2006 which allows for this amazing experience to manifest annually. Other things to note There is no light pollution and so the night skies are a wonder to behold. A plethora of Milky Way delights!
