The 49 m2 house consists of: A 23 m2 living room (160 x 200 cm bultex sofa bed, large screen TV, DVD player and DVD available) with open equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, 4-burner glass-ceramic stovetop, 12-place dishwasher, microwave and multifunction convection oven, Senséo coffee maker, toaster, kettle...) A 7 m2 bedroom: 140 x 190 cm bed and closet. A 7 m2 bedroom: 90 x 190 bunk beds and closet, A shower room (hairdryer) and a separate toilet. A 9 m2 veranda with a wide opening and the south-facing terrace allow you to fully enjoy your holidays in any season. A cellar with washing machine, barbecue completes the equipment of the house. Reversible air conditioning as well as heating in the bedrooms and bathroom offer extra comfort off season. Guest access Full accommodation with access to the residence's swimming pool. Unheated and unsupervised swimming pool open in season subject to regulatory or sanitary provision. Other things to note Check-in is between 3pm and 8pm. Check-out is before 10am. Schedules to be confirmed with the concierge. Possibility of short stay 3 nights minimum except in July and August, 7 nights minimum, check-ins/checkouts only on Saturdays.
