Come and stay at The Cottage in Ruffins Bay for an unforgettable and magical experience. This sublimely cool beach house has all the makings of a beach front retreat that will ensure that you, your friends and family create memories that will last a lifetime. The cottage shares the bay with only 6 other houses which gives you the space and privacy to relax and unwind during your holiday. Step outside the front door and have Ruffins Bay beach just metres away from you. Perhaps launch your boat at the private boat ramp or enjoy using the large beach front lawn for a picnic or game of cricket . The beach is really safe for swimming and kids have so much space to run around. As the sun goes down, the deck is the perfect place to be for happy hour and spending some quality time with those who you have come to Ruffins Bay with. The house boasts 4 large bedrooms with luxe linens and comfy beds, a modern kitchen, large open plan living and dining and wonderful indoor / outdoor flow complete with an expansive deck that is perfect for soaking up the view, and cooking your catch of the day on the Weber BBQ. There is also a modern bathroom and second lounge area with TV which is a great place to send the kids to hang out if you want a bit of peace and quiet. To top things off there is a dishwasher, full laundry facilities, bluetooth audio, and Netflix, however the cottage is the type of place where you put your phone away, forget about the chores and enjoy a kiwi holiday the way that they used to be. There are also two sit on kayaks plus life jackets that guests can use to explore the beautiful bay. Coromandel Town is only five minutes drive away for fantastic Restaurants, Cafes and Shopping. The cottage has been in our family for three generations and we love to share the very special Ruffins Bay experience so please come and stay! We have a port a cot and high chair available for guest use. Special conditions: - WIFI is not unlimited as unfortunately we can't get this in the bay and hence we request that guests don't excessively stream. Phone coverage is very good in the bay. - No parties or events - We are on tank water, please conserve water. - Smoking strictly outside - Max two boats per group unless otherwise agreed due to parking restrictions
