This is a stone house dating back to 1863, in the heart of beautiful mountain village of Bellapais/Kyrenia in northern part of Cyprus. It has been finely restored with high quality traditional Cypriot furniture as well as with modern amenities. The ground floor is an open plan with a bedroom space, a kitchenette and a dining space as well as a comfortable size bathroom. Upstairs, there is plenty of space for seating area with two sofas and a fireplace. The space It is great for accommodating couples who seek for a romantic getaway as well as for individuals who look for spending quiet time within the nature, yet in a colourful and lively village. The house is only one minute walking distance to the historic olive oil mill, which is now converted into a traditional restaurant. There are many other small restaurants and cafes in the village as well as a significant historic attraction - Bellapais Abbey - dating back to 12th and 13th Century. It is also a great place to enjoy mountain walks along with the fantastic sea view. The village is only 15 minutes drive from the centre of Kyrenia. Public transportation is not well connected but hiring a car, or a taxi will solve the transportation arrangements. Guest access The traditional stone house is two floor storeys with a large garden and small seating corners.
