Ideally located in the heart of downtown on a semi-pedestrian street at the back of the yard, it's a little paradise. Recently renovated (May 2018), the house is bright, comfortable and absolutely quiet. You will be in close proximity to everything; cliffs, shops and the best local gastronomy. Two short minutes are enough to access the pebble beach. So let's all get in the water! The space Welcome to our charming fisherman's house in Étretat! Our house offers an exceptional location that will allow you to completely forget about the car during your stay. As you step into our home, you will discover a comfortable and warm ground floor. In the living room, you can relax on our sofa with a leg lifter, ideal after a getaway on the cliffs! You can also enjoy an 80 cm Android TV and fast WIFI to keep you entertained. A fully equipped American kitchen awaits you, allowing you to prepare delicious meals with the fresh products you will find at the local markets. In addition, we have created a small water room including a toilet, sink, towel dryer and washing machine, for your comfort. The first floor of the house houses a double bedroom with a desk, where you can work or just relax. A small bathroom with shower, toilet and sink is also available on this floor. In addition, we have provided a single room for guests with a baby, we have a crib, high chair and toys to make your stay more enjoyable. On the second floor you will find our largest bedroom, equipped with a queen-size double bed. The beds have high quality bedding and will be ready upon arrival. We also provide towels to lighten your luggage. The house is carefully decorated in a marine style, embellished with some personal photos of Étretat, plunging you into the maritime atmosphere of the high cliffs. Guest access During your stay, you will have access to the entire house, except the attic located on the 2nd floor. The latter is used to store personal belongings and will be locked during your stay. It is important to note that we do not reside in the house, and that you will not have to share it with other guests. You will be able to fully enjoy the privacy and space offered by the house for the duration of your stay. Other things to note I would like to inform you that our property in the hypercenter does not have a private parking space, which is common for most rentals in this area. However, there are many parking lots nearby where you can park your vehicle. I'll be happy to provide you with all the information you need to choose a location that suits your needs. Please note that for personal reasons, we have made the decision to no longer accept pets in our home. There will be no exceptions to this rule. Please take this into account when you book. As for entertainment, our accommodation is equipped with an Android TV. If you want to watch streaming services such as Netflix, OCS, Salto, please bring your own access codes.
